My story

My name is Alex Bond Burnett. I live in the U.K.

I’m Alex Bond Burnett, a founder, executive coach, speaker and behavioural science advocate.

​

I’m trained in coaching psychology and help leaders communicate clearly, influence effectively and lead change that sticks.

​

I run Bold Behaviour Lab, a leadership skills community helping professionals apply behavioural science to communication, influence and innovation.

​

At Cowry Consulting, I lead the Behavioural Science Academy, embedding behavioural science into how organisations learn, lead and grow.

​

I also speak and emcee at events across finance, tech and professional services, bringing behavioural science to life in practical, engaging ways.

​

I’ve worked with AAT, ACCA, ICAEW, The Professional Alternative, Gro Group and the Digital Accountancy Show, and I’m currently building projects in EdTech and M&A that connect behaviour, technology and learning.

​

Outside of work, I love cooking spicy food, the gym, and being near water with my family.

 

I believe this body’s a rental — so I try to keep it well and do some good while I’m here.

​

Earlier in my career, I worked at General Electric, on the London 2012 Games, and at Imperial College London.

 

Later, I founded and sold a digital-first accounting business, where I learned how technology, communication and behaviour drive growth.

​

Those lessons shape how I coach, speak and build today.
